I Need Help Identifying This Coin (Id: Token)

I created this account specifically for help identifying this possible coin that I've had for several years mixed in my collection. I am not sure if it is a coin, a button, or something else. If so, it might be an arcade token, but the flying eagle and stars motif reminds me of the reverse of Standing Liberty quarters. Also, please confirm that there is no design (other than the rim) on the reverse of this piece. The obverse is completely blank except for the rim, it does not appear to have ever had anything on it. It is the size and weight of a quarter. And I agree the reverse looks very similar to a Standing Liberty quarter. That's the best guess I have to what it could be but there don't seem to be any known errors of this type with the Standing Liberty quarters. Aside from that I can only think is must be a button or strange token. It has the wear that you would expect from a early 1900s quarter. The design is distinct from that on actual US quarters, so I'm quite sure that it is not a mint error. Perhaps a blank which could be turned into a store card? I'll keep looking! Two more questions: Is the edge reeded? What is the weight?
