Yes, it does look like it was folded (possibly twisted) down diverting it from crossing the tip of the right wheat stalk. looks like a flap was lost a long time ago. It does partially cover that wheat stalk a little below the tip. I don't understand "SE" abbreviation though. "Pride is yoked with callous behavior, as humility is with compassion."
