Another $2 ebay buy! This one listed as a die chip? Looks like a strikethrough and a lamination. I like how the "N" appears both above and below the error.

looks like it was folded over SE before the coin was struck. Then peeled later. It doesn't flow over the right wheat lines. That is what makes me think that.

Thanks for the comments! Yes, it does look like it was folded (possibly twisted) down diverting it from crossing the tip of the right wheat stalk. looks like a flap was lost a long time ago. It does partially cover that wheat stalk a little below the tip. I don't understand "SE" abbreviation though.
