panzaldi Bedrock of the Community United States 18668 Posts	Posted 04/10/2020 10:25 am not a fan of the toning. for a higher AU coin I would expect to see some luster peaking through the toning and all I see is a flat coin. probably cleaned a long time ago but may grade straight. there is also a dig right in the eye area that could be a factor in determining original surface as it looks like it may have displaced metal.
