Looking at the verdigris on the revers I am certain it will be details grade... thinking about taking some Verdi-Care to it, what do you think?

I'll say AU-53, but probably a details coin given the corrosion.

If it were my coin I'd give it the Verdicare treatment.
Nice grade but those corrosion spots on the reverse really kill the possibility of getting a non-Details grade.
Verdicare won't change that but at least you'd have a nice Details coin.

But if you decide to go that way, maybe try this first.
A good long soak in olive oil.
It's slightly acidic but may make the coin not look like it got dipped.

Unfortunately, that green stuff has most probably eaten into the surface, to cause tiny spot of corrosion damage.
If you remove the green stuff, a small pit in the metal would be revealed.
Pity; it has some nice residual luster in the lettering.

A long soak in olive oil will almost certainly darken it somewhat, because olive oil is slightly acidic. However, such treatment may? facilitate removal of the green stuff with a toothpick.
Treat with VerdiCare after that.

None of the above treatments will improve tha value, but may? improve eye appeal, despite residual luster being lost.

Not a big deal for an ancient bronze coin, but a problem in this case.
Why?
Because almost all ancient coins need some sort of cleaning after recovery anyway.

I with above grading opinions, but nowhere near enough potential value to justify TPGrading and shipping fees.

I'm at AU-58 details.
I'd go ahead with Verdi-Care. I have seen successful removal or at least reduction of verdigris using this product. You can use olive oil afterwards if you think it's necessary.
The 1907 IHC is common and inexpensive in mint state. You can always find a problem-free example if you get fed up with trying to fix your current coin.
