Okay so as I have said before I'm really new at this so forgive me if some of my posts and findings are really nothing . I'm learning. I have a 1990 D Dime and I've examined it over and over and I swear on both sides it looks like the words are double struck or double die. Can anyone tell me what they think.

It is a normal die, single strike with Machine Doubling. (The common type created by the machine) just a face value coin. sorry

Coop nailed it. Reduced devices means it's Machine Doubling.
