Even with the small photos I can see the pole reaching down to the lap. The lines in the shield are visible. The corn on the reverse shows kernels. Look at the left shoulder to see if a clasp is visible. All in all at least a fine although I cannot speak to the surfaces.

A couple tips for your photos... First, crop your pictures down (like below), so it's just the coin. Use a non reflective surface as your background. I just use a white envelope or sheet of paper.

Thank y'all ! It is my oldest coin, in 1969 my grandfather gave me a few handfuls of coins from his collection to start my collection and this was one of them.

Some strike weakness in spots but for wear, EF-40. Nice original looking coin.
