1776 D Quarter Doubling On Date

There are a couple DDOs for this coin. The date for DDO FS 102 reminds me of what I'm seeing on this coin. However, I'm having trouble seeing the doubling on Liberty. What do you think. Die Deterioration? Machine Doubling? DDO?

Thank you Errers. I'm having a tough time distinguishing a DDO from other types of doubling.

Looks like the die danced twice on the date, I'm seeing MD on the east and west of the 1776 date...I'm I seeing things correctly?
