If it is not a F-12 then it is a VG 11 1/2.
Split bow and kernels on the reverse.

If I can make up my own grade it would be VG-11 .Not too shabby .

It's very close to F-12, but I would say VG-10.

I was thinking VG-10 as well. For an F-12, all letters of LIBERTY should be visible.

The reverse looks "Fine" but not enough of LIBERTY remains to pull an F-12. VG-10.
