Could This 1992 LMC Be WDDO-001?

Having a hard time telling because it's a very minor doubled die variety, but it certainly seems to have the extra thickness on LIBERTY and the date (especially, the "LI" of LIBERTY seem to match, which is where the extra thickness is most obvious to my eyes). Each top picture is from the coin in question, with the picture below being from a regular 1992 cent for reference.

I'm not convinced but an image of the WE would tell us for sure.

The 'E' is altered with slight MD. I can almost see striation lines on that device. Not a doubled die.
