Not seeing an RPM, but I see a die chip in the lower portion of the "S." Color looks normal for a red/brown cent. Perhaps slightly toned?

Note a die chip on the mintmark, but the punch they use for that years dies, was breaking down until they replace it. Why does if breakdown? The punch is hammer into a hardened die. Thus it sometimes looses it integrity.

Coin has the characteristics of a moderately circulated early 70s copper cent, with some environmentally-caused issues. Those S mint mark punches are a scream.
