coop Bedrock of the Community United States 62064 Posts	Posted 04/16/2020 5:25 pm Note a die chip on the mintmark, but the punch they use for that years dies, was breaking down until they replace it. Why does if breakdown? The punch is hammer into a hardened die. Thus it sometimes looses it integrity. Report this Post to the Staff
