Apostle Island Quarter 2018 Error Or Circle On Front. Never Seen One Before.

Scott8910 New Member United States 2 Posts	Posted 04/17/2020 10:51 pm Hello I started a collection of coins and loving it and getting into buying rolls and looking for errors and other stuff. I was told that there is a book that shows me all the coins I need to look for but I was looking thru these rolls and found this quarter I'llput a picture up. On front there is a circle around it and looks to be raised circle around it here's a picture and please help me what you guys think or is it just hand made. Thanks!
