I don't normally buy dollars but couldn't pass up a deal. This is 1 of 2, What would you grade this as?

Low VF details (obverse cleaned at some point, and pretty banged up).

Quote: XF 40 if real. Please explain why you think it is not real? This is an OC-13 die marriage. I think that it would be impossible to fake an exact die marriage.

It is clearly genuine, and the obverse was clearly cleaned at some point. I'd value it at $350 on a good day.

The golden reverse toning suggests this was an album coin for a long time. The obverse cleaning was a while ago, and I think this is market acceptable. I'm at VF-35, straight grade. It isn't far from EF-40, though.
