I've checked two different times at CC.VV,Wex could not find a match. Coppercoins #85 sorta close but mine has tripled lower serif, upper horizontal bar and what ever that is where the arrow points to

It looks more like a DDO then a RPM. Slight feeder fingers at the arrow?

I would still keep it, since it's an RPM. The condition of your coin is great!

Thank you everyone. I have a question. So if there's no other one found say like this one on the three sites, it's not worth trying to get it listed? On Coppercoins he has so many and some looking at his pictures and descriptions some are a lot minor some are really cool. I know just looking at any pictures of coins isn't like having in your hand. I'm not saying this one is the one. Just wondering

You could submit them with these images and as if it should be submitted, or not.

Or it maybe just too minor to list. Wexler probably has it listed, but he doesn't have all his dies online. CONECA probably won't list it as it is too minor. Coppercoins, they are in between on these. With a great image (which you have) it is up to them to list it, or not.

@USSID18 There's no such thing as a DDO on the mintmark of coins minted in 1989 or earlier. They added the mintmark by hand, so it was not part of the hubbing process.

Whenever I see notches like these, I'm thinking Doubled Die....but what do I know?
