Except its raised with separation from the over lapping 2 and you can see the outline of the small date 2 west of the large date 2...

Looks like a die chip on the underside of the 2 and damage to the 8

Which class of doubling do you suspect?
Usually, there are other areas exhibiting doubling, depending on the class.

I suspect a die chip, like Hybrid.
Words of encouragement are one of the major food groups.
We need to consume them regularly to thrive and grow.

A Die Chip and damage. Just a spender. There's no such thing as a 1982 date over date. It doesn't exist.
