First coin:

Numista is a great site for world coin information. But do not trust the prices.

The year is 30 (1897).

For 2 and 4 assuming it is only date you need, it is found below the denomination on #2, and below the reverse inscription on #4, AH1327 = 1909 for the accession year.

Then you add the regnal year, which is below the toughra obverse for #2 but I cant read it (acording to Numista it should be 2, 3 or 6), but on #4 is clearly 6. So 1909 + 6 = 1915, which is not what the Numista link gives .

If you google "Hindu-Arabic Numeral System" you can find a table that has the numerals used both in Egypt and in Iran (some numerals are slightly different), and you will be able to figure these out pretty quickly. The formula to convert AH dates to Gregorian is (0.97 x AH) + 622 = Gregorian.

The calendar used in Iran is different. Here is #3 https://en.numista.com/catalogue/pieces12220.html
