I thought that from the first image and then when I hit the missing digit in the date, it told the story. Even if it was a lamination the image of the number would show under the surface. As USSID18 says, would you post an image of the reverse? ANA ID: 3203813 - CONECA ID: N-5637 Clean a coin that may be worth collecting? Please DON'T! When in doubt, leave it dirty!! coop Bedrock of the Community United States 62064 Posts	Posted 04/20/2020 12:17 pm Start with weight first. Over 3.11, Then something was added to the coin. Less, something came of the coin. Normal, then struck through something on the coin. I'm guessing 1942 for date. Check to see if that mintmark is a match for that year? Report this Post to the Staff
