Might be Machine Doubling and Die Deterioration Doubling, but we'll full obverse and reverse pictures as well as close ups.

Looks like some light Die Deterioration Doubling, but how did you end up with the images mirrored like that? Makes it very difficult to look at.

Minor Machine Doubling and die wear. Not a doubled die. You would know a DDO for this year when you see it:

Forget looking at the date. Note the other devices. On a doubled die all die matches need be present to be a certain die. Your coin is a normal coin.
