here I have a 1903 Indian Head and I was wondering if there is a safe way to help preserve/clean this coin without making further damage(Acetone?PG?Vinegar?).

That coin is in pretty rough shape.1903 are common dates, if this was me I would pass this one to the wild and get a different one. Even with Verdi Care the coin will be detailed. Sorry but to me this coin is done for.

Here is a low priced one, it would be cheaper than Verdi Care (if you can find Verdi Care)

Better shape:

Agree - no point in wasting time or money trying to restore it.
Rest in Peace

You say you want to conserve this IHC without doing further damage ? Sorry this coin is gone . Too much corrosion and obverse damage . Looks like someone already tried to clean the heck out of it then gave up .

If you try to remove the green stuff, corrosion pits underneath will be revealed.

Basically this coin is a victim of post mint corrosion.

The bronze disease can be passivated, but not without severe damage to the patina, and thus not worth the effort.

EF details, severe environmental damage. Just a hole filler.
