Im going to try to conserve this and take pics when it is in hand. I think under the ed it has a shot at au slider details but that's the fun in the raw coin grading game!

After some verdicare it unveiled a lot of cartwheeling luster underneath. Looks to be N-2 variety with the horizontal reverse die crack. In details grades still holds a significant value when graded. Some after verdicare pics:

Cleaned up nicely! Before pics I would have said EF details but now I definitely agree with IGE on the AU Details call.

 I think you are on the AU-50/AU-53 bubble, in terms of technical grade. I agree that it will be detailed, but the eye appeal is a LOT better now.

I would say AU Details ED after the Verdi. Looks much better, I don't mind the ED in early copper, depending on the price of course!

Had this graded and came back as UNC details ENV damage N-2 NGC

Argh I'm too late to the party was just about to post UNC details, environmental damage. Actually a darned nice coin after the conservation. Hopefully it won't worsen in holder.
