I'm with you all (Looks like glue) But I have 1 question if you look at pillars 9 and 10 the last 2 to the right the zinc zits or whatever they are called they dont match the orginal column 9 and 10 hmmm. Well in my lowly opinion get it under a microscope and see what that tells you if you still dont think it is then contemplate risk vs reward in the cost to send it in...just sayin...

It's glue, which isn't an error. PSD (Post Strike Damage). Soak it in 100% pure acetone and it will come right off.

@SG, since the glue holds the impression of a different coin, it would not be surprising at all to find differences between that and the host coin.
