I hope the photos are clear enough to see the problem. This coin is a first for me.

I personally am not sure what we are seeing, but if the line is recessed it does appear to be a wire strike-through.

Thanks for getting back to me. It's the opposite of a cracked die in as much as it's indented into the coin. I guess my post wasn't exciting enough for people to respond. Thanks again.

Sometimes it just takes time for responses (with everything going on with this covid thing)
When zooming in on your photos I don't see any "push action" on/affecting the copper..therefore I would say yes to a struck through error...But nothing is better than "coin in hand" so it's up to you to make the final call..

I think it's a struck through error. I am not seeing any pushed over metal.
