Not sure if there is suppose to be a question included in your photo but to CCF, the Dot you are referring too looks like a die chip. Could you include full photo of the Obverse and Reverse of the coin?

It is just an ordinary Die Chip, they happen from time to time. Normally the bigger the die chip the more interesting it is, thus the possibility of it being worth something.

Due to the condition of your coin and the size of the die chip however, I would keep it for your personal collection as it is unlikely you will get much, if anything at all for it price wise but would make a good conversation piece.

It is not rare, it is a nice little die chip though (i personally like them) but most don't seem to care much for them if they are not very large.

Keep looking though, you never know what else you may find

It is not easy to find but others have found them. For me this is a coin I would keep in my collection.
