Hi all,
I finally got to take better pictures of this coin. Any help would be great because I looked all over for related examples and I've come up with nothing. Below are images with notes on them, please notice the strike-throughs, cracks and imbedded crystals / snow flakes in the coin.

It looks like the snow may be glitter. It's possible that it was struck through, but it's not going to demand much of a premium, if any.
