Looks more like Die Deterioration Doubling on US of A?

Oh I took DDD as kind of a ghosting effect, where the "doubled" letters were ghosty white and faded towards the rim.

I get them mixed up but I thought this was flat MD

The Machine Doubling probably caused the split plating that you see on the fields above the devices and below the rim areas. Not a keeper for this one. It is a common find for the MD and split plating.
