I just hit my 1000th post!  I would like to give a big thanks to the Coin Community Forum, and every single member in here. It's been almost two years since I've started my coin collecting journey, and I owe it all to this forum and its people. Without it, I would have probably never gotten to participate in such a wonderful hobby! You all are so supportive, so helpful, and have made my life better. I must admit, especially during these times, this forum has helped me get through what's been going on. So thank you all so much, you are all dear to me and I just want to say how grateful I am. In celebration of my 1000th post, I would like to do a contest! And what is the contest? Well a guessing game! You all will have to guess what my favorite Lincoln Cent is. From 1909 to 2020. Prize: $10 PayPal (Or any other method you wish if you don't like PayPal) The Rules: - Each person has two guesses per day - You will name the date, if it is a small date or large date, (only for 1982 cents), and the mint. - Whoever guesses my favorite cent (from 1909 - 2020) first, wins! If by May 10th no one has guessed it, I will give a hint, and will continue to give a hint every other 7 days. Let the best man/woman win! And thanks so much again! Edited by SilverCents

Ah yes I see what you did there haha, I'm afraid I chose that as my profile picture because I kept seeing a load of 1964 D cents.

I'll go with 1914-D and 1931-S. They are two of my personal favorites as I found them both roll searching!

Are you sure the only large & small date you want is 1982 . There are other L&S Lincoln's you know ?  |

I'll say 1943 as that is the year of Steel wheats and 1969 as the year we landed on the moon. P for both.

Ill go with 1972 and 2006
1000 posts!?!?! Thats a lot of talking. I been here since, close to the beginning, not quite, 2008 and dont have 1000. I hardly ever post, until this pandemic. I stay in the shadows.

yes @T-BOP, just for the 1982, thought it would get a wee bit too complicated if I included all of the L&S dates.

T-BOP is right, two guesses per day, I would simply just edit your post and add the second date, but do whatever you want.
By midnight today, at EST time, I will tally everyone's guesses into a list.
