They look pretty decent to me but I still am not that great on Peace dollars ... better on Morgans. These aren't my pictures so that's the best I have. The first is a 1924 S and the second a 1925 S.
Here's the 24S .....

They both look like mid range AU to me, like 53/55. wear is evident but luster is still there. I like the 24 better only because of that dig on the chin of the 25.

The obvious dings on reverse of the 1924 peace would put me off - it being a rather good coin otherwise magnifies them and it'd be all I noticed when I looked at them. I don't mind dings and scratches on less good coins, but if a coin is in a high grade I don't want such an obvious distraction.

If you like them though, and they're a good price, bid on them!

Agree they both look mid-AU. The 24-S has a stronger strike, but the 25-S has better luster. The lighting might be hiding a light cleaning on the obverse of the 24-S, and the contact marks on the obverse are distracting on both.

These are generally referred to as "sliders". Pretty nice coins.
I would most likely bid on them.
The 1924-S is quite scarce in higher grades.

There's actually one more, another 25S but the pictures were smaller so didn't include it. I think it's just a number down from the other 25 so I figured that if you saw the one at 53, the other would be a 50 anyway, so here it is as well.

Just bid to Blue Book value for AU-50 and stop there, unless you really like them. There's always more coming.

They are all decent AU coins. If you want them and the price is right, go for it.

Well thanks all for the advice and opinions, but it was all not to be. I never make more than one bid at any ebay auction and I either get it for that price or not. I bid $105. for all three which I thought would have been a screaming deal, the winning bid was $127, still a good buy but ........ that's life and I'm movin on.

The first two look AU-53. The last 25-S looks AU-55.
