This one's a lot more baggy on the cheek but booming luster and a stunning reverse. Thinking 63+.

Great fields but the cheek is pretty bad. I'll say MS-63.

the 84(CC) is known for bold sharp strikes. this one is typical for the year. nice amount of luster remaining but the ticks on both sides are going to hold it to MS63

Always hard to assess how the coin shows in hand. If the cheek marks are not blatant, this could could be a 64.
