I'm not a grader by any means, but it Looks like an easy VG. Can we call it....Fine-15?

It IS a very good, at least!
For a Barber dime to be fine all seven letters of LIBERTY must show although some may be weak.
The "E", which is the letter most prone to wear,
shows weakly. Additionally, I look at the reverse to see the corn kernels and the knot in the bow. The kernels are there and the bow knot is split.
It makes it to fine.

Tough call, but I would say VG-10. LIBERTY is just too weak for me to grade it F-12.

A portion of every letter of Liberty is visible, so I'd say F-12. Judging by the rim detail, I think there are some strike issues here.
