I have a 1980 D Jefferson nickel that I believe is a doubled die reverse. I couldn't find any information online except one video saying there were no known varieties. Please let me know your thoughts. Thanks

I do not think it is a DDR.Looks like LDS and DDD.

I checked Variety Vista and there are not many DDR's at that time. 1981-D has two. But they are minor, but listed. I agree with John1 that the biggest issue is die wear on this coin and some Machine Doubling on a normal die. (In order for a coin to be a doubled die, it would have to show hub doubling. Die wear and Machine Doubling are not hub doubling, which a doubled die would be showing.
