2019 Lincoln Cent DDO?

Yes! This is a doubled die.

This one is listed as DDO-001 and WDDO-011, very nice find! This is the strongest DDO known for the 2019 cent and I've heard it is pretty hard to find. Yours is in nice condition too!

On the newer cents the doubled dies are different from the doubled dies we've seen in the past. On the single squeeze dies we see today, the doubled die seldom show doubling of devices, but more of a look like an over inflated bike tube. "What?"


Note how the devices look distorted? Note the curve on the top of the '2'? Note the zeros on the date? See how they are distorted? This is what to look for on these. I find it is often best to see the images side by side so your eyes and understand what to look for. Often seeing is understanding. Hope this helps.

Very nice. Went through a whole box of 2019 and nothing but a headache. Never doing that again.

It helps us to look for reverse markers such as die chips on the edge of the shield and other places.
