So I cherry picked some coins and one is defiantly not what it should be but its in a cello way over gram for yr. found nothing on it so what should I do take it out of cello or send in with cello or heck dont know lol.

So open it and take photos of obverse and reverse , Large clear shots and post it here .

Why do you think the weight is over specification? You are also weighing the plastic.

Half a gram is not much plastic. I don't have a balance, but I imagine that plastic weighs a bit less than a 2 x 2 flip.
