This could be stretching it. If I need arrows, it's questionable. It's hard to see but this is what I'm seeing. The IGWT is definitely Die Deterioration Doubling. The letters and numbers on the Obv. all seem wider/fatter then normal.

Have you seen anything similar to this?

But there is not a DDO or DDR as all you are seeing is a VLDS (Very-Late-Die-State) coin.
Yes I have seen even worse die wear on an example on a 1982 quarter:

But this is die wear on one of the older style dies. But I also have images of a single squeeze die that shows DDD (Die-Deterioration-Doubling):
