I think this is a Roman coin. It looks like maybe Victory on the reverse. It's 11.7mm and .9 grams.

Some similarities to some AE's of Johannes (423-425) that have S in the reverse left field but...

If I was going to guess, I would say Honorius since his type for this issue is common, but as the legend is not visible, there is not much point. This type was also frequently copied unofficially, though usually cruder in style.

Thank you for the leads. After further research I think this probably is Honorius. The bust shape seems to match a little better than Johannes. Sear # 21048 (Honorius) and Sear # 21123 (Johannes) have almost identical descriptions and looking very close I can just make out a VIC to the left of the exe and the top portion of an R in the exe. Photo of Sear # 21048 (Honorius) below. Thanks for the help!
