I just found this in a roll form the bank, it looks like an RPM to me....what do you think?

If it is an RPM, which one? There are soo many 1960-D RPM's I don't know where to begin comparing them all.

I've seen that mark in the center of the mint mark before. It is too small to be part of a punch, so I tossed them back into the rolls.

any better?

1960-D-RPM?

I see the curved line inside of the D but what really has my interest is the faint outlines to the left of the D.

The area above the mint mark with the glare and the inside lower loop low more interesting than the west or inside line. I have seen North RPMs with that mark above the mint mark. But glare could be a factor.

The line in the center falls in line with die scratches to the west and the NW/SE through the mint mark area.
