Hello all. I've been rolling coins for days and separating copper pennies. I found this and thought it may be a clip. It's very small and looks like damage on the reverse but the obverse looks like there's a hint of the blakesley effect. Do you think it's a clip? And if so is it worth keeping? It is very small so I don't know. Thanks in advance

Sorry I had to reduce the quality quite a lot to post.

Everyone ! C'mon, you can crop the photos using the image optimizer on this site, or dozens of programs available for home use. Please, oh please, put them in the right direction, not sideways.

I took the picture correctly. The site's software rotated them. Maybe because I'm posting from my phone, I'm not sure. The orientation of the picture doesn't make it more difficult to see the details as far as I can tell. I will try from a different angle next time.

Teflon, if you crop them first I don't think they rotate when uploaded.

Cheers, Bill

The people that answer questions here spend their time to give out knowledge and advice for free. I think it only common sense, and being considerate, when inquiring about something, that we should put the best image possible to show the details, to make it easy for others to see what they are supposed to see. I'm 70 and not a techie and I can crop and rotate, and adjust the sharpness and contrast, and figure out the optimizer and such, so there's no excuse in 2020 for poor photography, even with a cell phone (which I don't even own).

Tevlon your picture serve your purpose well. Yes the image could have been rotated however they serve the purpose of showing your clip.
What's wrong with some members here?
Instead of chatting about the clip posted you chat about how a picture should be posted.
Seriously ?
