people are going to want to see both sides of the cent (don't want to sound like a numis-nazi but Canada hasn't has pennies since prior to 1858 - just cents!)

These pics are very difficult to evaluate, especially if the coin is behind plastic, as seems to be the case.

Is it from a double dollar specimen set? Looks like a bit of extra RCM lacquer to me.

SPP-Ottawa its from the proof like set. its in the same set as the dollar with the limb on the island. the 50 cent coin is not right either. I should check the nickle, quarter and dime. I used soft light on the obverse to show the raised metal. both sides has lots of lacquer. you should see what underneath that lacquer.

Almost looks like it was struck through string, it looks indented on her upper back/shoulder, It could be the lighting though IMO.

SPP-Ottawa question the ear on this 1978 quarter. how is it doubled. yet the horns or eye is not. would this be in the making of the die.
