That's a nice strike for 1882-O, and better than average eye appeal. I see why you like this one!
A few bag marks on the chin and cap make the obverse MS-64. The reverse hinges on the area between the eagle's head and STATES. There are a series of small bag marks between the head and the motto, and what appear to be some heavier scuff marks between GOD and the "AT" of STATES. I think these may put the reverse at MS-63. In old terms, this is a SPL BU.
Just a hunch, but I could see NGC bumping the grade a notch over PCGS on this one. PCGS MS-63, NGC MS-63+/MS-64.
