Leave "as is" in the original holders. They are important pieces of TPG history.

Just as an aside, I have a US Morgan dollar in one of those early grading certificates. I found and kept it as a novelty and a throwback to the history of third party grading (since I am a PCGS Registry Set player) - the only US coin in my collection.
