I've noticed you seem to make posts like this a lot in various forums, JMart. Not going to try to play armchair psychiatrist, but I think you need to take a deep breath and step back a bit. You seem maybe a little too determined for the things you find to be errors, and it seems to be clouding your judgement and making you unreceptive to feedback people give you. The picture with all the arrows pointing to creases in the bill is throwing off some slight Charlie in Always Sunny's conspiracy board vibes lol https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_nTpsv9PNqo?t=20

Two choices for you @Jmart;
1) Buy a small UV flashlight ($10-$15) to identify the alleged multiple security strips.
2) Submit the note for grading and authentication ($25-$35)
If the note truly has multiple security strips, you'll make some money, if not, you'll learn a valuable lesson.

The bill is paper, JMart. Surely you've seen wet paper absorb color from something next to it before, no? If you don't believe it, take a piece of white printer paper and a sheet of blue paper, fold them together, get them wet, let them sit, then unfold and see what color the white paper has turned.

1 security strip, 3 creases that probably got dirty or darkened with whatever caused the blue tone you are seeing.

I would consider quite a few here to be professionals. But good luck anyway.
