Heavy Die Deterioration looks to be the culprit. This is often what happens when dies age.

They are called die flow lines. Like wrinkles on a senior. Not a premium for the coin. Just the dies way of yelling, I'm get older by the strike!

There will never be a premium fof this coin, but you could show it to a new collection on what a Later die state would look like.
