This sure looks like a DDO ? And this coin has extra shine finish but that how I got it... what do you think?

I am not seeing a DDO. Try and make a match on one of the three reference sites and then let us know.

Agreed, just looks like flattening on LIBERTY from circulation.

Also the surface is shiny. So the surface was altered. Either by buffing the coin (flattening the devices) or plated.

I dont know about what or how it was or if it's been altered, I bought about 10 pages of coins and this was in a sleeve so I posted to CC for an opinion of such but very well and probably was altered some how for all that I know.

Plating VS normal:
1943-P-LWC-DDO-My-Cherry-Picks
Polishing coins makes it look shiny, but removes the definition of the coin:
1943-P-LWC-DDO-My-Cherry-Picks
1943-P-LWC-DDO-My-Cherry-Picks
1943-P-LWC-DDO-My-Cherry-Picks
So polishing and plating ruins the collectable value to a collector. Cleaning coins wrong ruins the coins. If you send them in to be graded, they will denote on the slab genuine. meaning the coin is real, but not gradable.
