1895-O Dime...grading's The Same But.... The Coins Are Different

NGC Grade of AU-58. $4,750 Sold for "Best Offer" This is an 1895-O offered by Heritage Auctions in 2004. PCGS Grade of AU-58. Sold for $4,750 less buyer's premium. Do NGC and PCGS have different grading standards? Has 15 years made a difference? Or am I seeing things? Opinions, please Report this Post to the Staff
