When I opened the box I could tell this box was full of "new" quarters, excited in hopes of stumbling upon a "W" or two was my initial thoughts. But after going through 6 rolls I found out that about 99.5% of them are all the same, 2019 D River of no return. So do I keep looking, or just stop and take the box back and swap it for another box?

I had the same situation, only with the Weir Farm 2020 "P" mintmark.

I felt that "better safe than sorry" was the best policy so I went through every roll.

I did not find any "W" mintmarks at all.

In light of this I would say that the odds of you finding a "W" are about nil. However, if you don't look you will always wonder if you missed one (or MORE). Because of this I would look through them all.

Just my opinion.

I would look for the high grades and return the rest and repeat the cycle.

Sorry if this is a stupid question, but here goes. Once circulation coins are minted, are they shipped to a central distribution center, shipped to a requesting facility, spread out across the country, or a combination? I ask, because I used to drive by the WP mint several times a year, and never thought to stopp at the local banks or credit union for coin rolls. Opportunity missed? Thanks, Squirrel

Happens to me frequently (maybe at a 50% rate) when I get boxes from Bank of America. In those cases I crack a few rolls looking for upgrades and then just dump the rest right into a coin deposit bag.

@Blind Squirrel, yes, coinage meant for circulation is not available directly from the W mint. You can buy bags from the U.S. Mint web site but otherwise you have to get them from a bank.
