How rare are these?
I read an article stating that these 95 DDO's might have been done purposely in order to educate mint employees. Does anybody know the legitimacy behind this? Also how much rare is this one than the P version?

Your coin is not a DDO. The 95-D is more rare than the P.

Can somebody please explain what I have then? Lol. I've tried hard to take pics showing what I see with the coin in hand at 10x and that's the closest I got. (All pictures besides the last one are my coin btw)

Here are the three reference sites for doubled dies:http://coppercoins.com/update.php
http://doubleddie.com/

Here is a site that tells you about other forms of doubling:

What's beside the Memorial building lift side? It might be a reflection or glare but it looks like "U".

Your coin is definitely not the DDO. There's no notching, separation, letters aren't increased in size. The doubling you're seeing is likely slight Die Deterioration Doubling the appears stronger because of the glare of the lighting.

I believe this is the article you're talking about: https://www.PCGS.com/news/1995-d-do...ntentionally

I pulled this one from circulation many years ago. I'm not seeing this doubling in the OP:

@RedBeard3 look on a variety listing site like wexler's die varieties, variety vista, or coppercoins. The difference should be extremely obvious. The devices (lettering on the coin) will be wider or completely separated on a doubled die. Yours seems to have minor Die Deterioration Doubling, which is what you're seeing on the date and mint mark.

Note how much wider the devices are?
Here is a closer view of the devices:
