A Dryer Coin is damaged from being caught in the drum of a dryer or other turning device. It happens after the coin leaves the mint, so it's not an error and has no value over face.

It's a damaged coin. I cannot think of a single case of a damaged coin bringing a premium. This one barely has face value, ha. Keep searching!
