First post! I received a box of coins from my grandfather who just passed away. I don't really know much about coins so I'm not sure what to call this. Misprint sounds right. And the coin is the same color on both sides, don't know why my camera is making itlook different. Other than being cool, does this "coin" have any value?

Also (I hope I'm not supposed to put this in a separate message) I found the other coin as well. It's gold colored and has a funny edge. What is it?

to CCF. The first one is called an off center strike. The other one is in a jewelry bezel. On the off center strike, check ebay sold values for an idea on currnt value.

The first coin is an off center strike. An error coin.
The second coin is a damaged and altered surface coin. (plated) Just a Wheat cent now. No extra premium for a damaged coin.
Another coop. Your #3
