To me it looks like MD and or DDD. You should try to filter your lights a bit and the pics all look just a bit out of focus. The glare makes it hard to see what is there, and also can give you false views that show as if something is there but isn't.

Thanks for the input John! Just tried that out. Turned off some BG light, rotated, and blurred a little bit more. The other two looked like they could have been suspect to bad lighting. The coin in question in this post looks like it also could have been a combo of lighting & Machine Doubling? Not sure

Machine doubling. Just look at the O of OF. The top and bottom portions of the ellipse are reduced in width where an obvious shelf is present.
Error coin writer and researcher.

Appears to be a nice example of Machine Doubling across much of the coin. Full photos of the entire coin--obverse and reverse--would help establish context. IMO, 2x2 worthy.
