First,

Chinese counterfeits exist for every date and mint of the series. Look closely at "OF AMERICA" on your coin, and you will see the pitting that is common on cast counterfeits.
If you search online for "1919-d" and "walking" and "liberty" and "replica" you will find similar cast counterfeits sold by all the usual sites that flood the market with counterfeits. The photos on those sites usually are doctored to superimpose the word "COPY" on the pictures. Federal law (the Hobby Protection Act) requires "COPY" or "REPLICA" on the actual coin, but very few of the sellers actually comply with the law, because their customer base is people who resell counterfeit coins. You can also go to PCGS.com or NGC.com and compare your coin to authenticated examples.
I
very strongly suspect that your coin is a cast counterfeit from China. It has the lack of detail, sharp reeding on the edges, pitting, and inconsistent rim of the counterfeits. A specific gravity test would be quick confirmation.
