Yokozuna Pillar of the Community United States 4618 Posts	Posted 06/06/2020 9:22 pm The 1974-D LMC were known for this. I have THOUSANDS of these from a sewn mint bag with the same over polishing. I even have one graded by ANACS MS-66 Red that states on the slab as "OVER POLISHED DIES." Is the reverse also slightly rotated?
