I noticed some wavy type details on the reverse of this coin, particularly going from the inside of the eagles right wing up through the "ST" of "STATES". I thought it might be a die clash, but looking at overlays nothing lined up. I have circled and arrowed some elements that I noticed. All help is appreciated! Also, sorry for the bad lighting.

I agree. There are more than one area affected on this coin. Note how it flows behind the devices, so it is a die issue.
